Bite Tech Inc., and EyeBlack Announce Distribution Agreement

Norwalk, CT (March 12, 2023) - Bite Tech, a privately held Sports and Wellness technology company, and EyeBlack are pleased to announce a new distribution agreement, effective immediately.


Under the new agreement, Bite Tech will distribute EyeBlack “Athletic” products in the United States and Canada to retail and collegiate customers.   The line-up includes licensed and non-licensed EyeBlack ‘Under Eye’ strips and grease sticks.


“Our team is thrilled at the prospect of continuing to build the EyeBlack brand”, said Jeff Padovan, CEO of Bite Tech.   “The EyeBlack line of products is complementary to our current offering, and gives retailers a “one stop shop” of expanded products”.
